ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission Process
Available Classes
- City Prep School: Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG
- City International School: Standard 1 onwards
Admission Criteria is subject to seat availability and school guidelines.

- School office timing: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (on working days)
- Closed on: 2nd & 4th Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays
Document Submission
Provisional admission without authentic documents will be canceled if documents are not submitted within 15 days.
Required Documents
- Nursery to Std I: Original Birth Certificate (issued by the municipal corporation)
- Class II and above: Original School Leaving Certificate (duly counter-signed by the competent authority) & Progress Report
- Students from outside India: School Leaving Certificate & details of previously passed standards and exam details (equivalence will be determined by the school)
Admission Process
- Step 1: Admission Coordinator interacts with parents regarding school, fee details & queries.
- Step 2: Relevant documents are verified. If complete, the admission form is issued.
- Step 3: For higher class admissions, students must appear for an entrance exam.
- Step 4: Upon form submission with required documents, verification is done, and the fee is collected.
Child's presence is mandatory at the time of Regular/Provisional Admission
FEES
Every parent is requested to pay the fees as directed at the time of admission. The fee may be increased as per escalation without any prior notice for the ongoing academic year.
AGE CRITERIA
The minimum age required to admit a child in various classes is as follows:
- Nursery : 3 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
- Junior KG : 4 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
- Senior KG : 5 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
- Class I : 6 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
- 2nd Onwards : Only on the basis of the School Leaving Certificate of the previous school
WITHDRAWAL
Parents/Guardians wishing to withdraw their children are required to put in their application 30 days in advance in the school office. Students leaving in the month of April must pay the fee for May Also. No refund of school fee will be made under any circumstances before commencing the new academic session. The school leaving certificate will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
